DRAMFINDER ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. We collect as little as we can.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We process account data to provide the service you have asked for (contract), and analytics and contributions on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the site. Where we rely on consent (for example non-essential cookies), you can withdraw it at any time.
We keep account data while your account exists and for a short period afterwards. Contributions remain visible unless you ask us to remove them or delete your account.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to or restrict our processing of it. To do so, or to ask any privacy question, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site (hosting, email delivery, image hosting, analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it. Some of these providers operate outside the UK; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent.

It does not change what we say. Verdicts, scores and tasting notes are written independently, before and regardless of any commercial relationship. We don't accept payment to review a bottle or to change a verdict, and we link to retailers that carry a bottle whether or not there is an affiliate arrangement.
